Caliyah Ja’nae Asuncion

Caliyah Ja’Nae Asuncion, infant and baby daughter of Christopher and Jazzmin Asuncion went to her Heavenly Home Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Memorial Health in Savannah. 

Caliyah was born June 14, 2024 in Hinesville, Georgia. She was a beautiful baby girl who was born into a family with so much love and affection to give to her. Caliyah’s parents and siblings anxiously awaited for her to come home to be with them, but God’s plans were different, He needed her more. She will be remembered by her family who loved her and one day they will all be reunited. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.

Caliyah is survived by her parents, Christopher “Chris” and Jazzmin Asuncion;  Paternal grandparents, Denise Hazelton and Chris Hazelton; Maternal Grandmother, Melvine Fraiser Thornton; Maternal grandfather, David Sullivan Thornton and Siblings, Khalyl Kimble, Nyla Brewer, Laylah Brewer, Sa’mari Brewer, Chrishaun Asuncion, Zy’aire Asuncion.
