Cheri Lynn (Walsh) Hanel

Cheri Lynn, 63, went home to the Lord on Monday, July 10, 2023.

Cheri was born in Bakersfield, California on July 31, 1959, to parents Roger Walsh and Lois Magnuson.

While in California. Cheri was a runner for her high school track team. After high school. She enlisted into The United States Army proudly serving her country.

After serving, Cheri became a mother to Zachary Andrew, and Walker Scott. A loving mother who enjoyed watching and hearing about her sons successes and life achievements in athletics and career. Her proudest achievement was being a soldier and mother to her boys

Cheri Lynn Hanel is survived by her son, Zachary A. Mitchell, his wife Katelyn Mitchell and 3 beautiful grandchildren; Brooke Marie, Brynn Marie, and Maxwell Andrew; as well as her son Walker Scott Mitchell-Linton and his fiancé Kaitlyn Nicole, and soon their to be born son or daughter; her life companions William J. Hanel and James Michael Linton; as well as many friends and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roger Walsh and Lois Magnuson, and brother Scott Walsh.

May Angels lead her into the Lords kingdom.
