Surrounded by her husband, daughter, family members and friends Debra Jean Griffin, 69, of Greenville South Carolina went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 26th , 2024.
Debra, an amazing wife, mother and grandmother will be sorely missed and loved in the days to come by those of us that were fortunate enough to have Debra in our lives.
Debra loved her family and struggled through several years of pain and suffering in an effort to remain with us. She, however, finally succumbed to her health issues and is now walking pain and suffering free with our God in heaven.
Debra is survived by her husband Jerry Griffin, a son, Lonnie Griffin, a daughter Sarah McCartney, two sisters Elaine Green and Debbie Gantt, two brothers Ray Marchbanks and Brad Marchbanks along with their respective spouses. She has four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their thanks to all of those individuals that helped them through this most difficult time to include a son in law Carey McCartney, brother in law Terry Griffin and a sister in law Veronica Griffin.
There will be a memorial service of friends and family for Debra on February 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at 407 W. 1st Street, Midway, Ga. 31320.
May God Bless Everyone!
