Dillon Parker Obituary

Dillon Parker, 33, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 27, 2025. 

Dillon was born November 23, 1991 in Rincon, Georgia to parents Debra Wells and Mickey Parker. He grew up in the Gum Branch area and attended Bradwell Institute. Dillon was an avid outdoorsman who especially loved to fish. Being on a boat in the water was were he loved being as long as he had his fiancée, Courtney and his dog, Rocky by his side. Dillon was witty, charming and had a cute little crooked grin that would melt your heart. He was fiercely loyal and a very devoted person and would help anyone in need. Dillon was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed by so many. 

Dillon is survived by the love of his life, his fiancée, Courtney Gintz; his dad, Mickey “Pops” Parker (Donna); his mom, Debra Wells; siblings, Beth Stickler (Jason), Shannon Parker, Terry Wells, Jr. (Sarah); aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and many other extended family members and close friends. 

Visitation services will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington. 

Pallbearers: Terry Wells, Jr., Dylan Belcher, Michael McKinley, Johnny Barnard, Jason Stickler and Cameron Parker.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jack Yarbrough officiating.  Burial will follow at Elim Baptist Church Cemetery.
