Heidrun Margarete Kane

Heidrun M. Kane, 59, went to be with our Heavenly Father Wednesday, January 12, 2022 after a courageous fight against breast cancer. 

Heidrun was born and raised in Bayreuth, Germany. She loved to cook, spend time in her garden, craft, and loved animals. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Heidrun shared a passion of loving horses just like her daughter, and enjoyed watching her daughter ride and spending time with her in the pasture. She had a heart made of gold and was always wanting to help anyway she could, even after the cancer started to take a toll on her. 

Heidrun is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Gohring and her son, Mark Kane, survived by her daughter, Sabrina Satterfield and son-in-law Anthony Satterfield; mother-in-law Lynne Kane, sister-in-law Stacy Bion and Smitty Bion; extended family, Terry Satterfield, Sherry Satterfield, Tiffany McCaster and Shawn McCaster,  as well as several cousins, and extended friends and family. 

A celebration of life ceremony will be announced at a later date.
