Ivan Bullard

Mr. Ivan Bullard 53, of Hope Mills N.C. departed this life Wednesday, October 25, 2023. 

Ivan was born in Memphis, Tennessee on April 17, 1971. Being part of a military family Ivan traveled with his family to many different military bases including Germany. While in middle school Ivan and his family moved to Georgia where his father was stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia. He was a 1989 graduate of Bradwell Institute where he excelled in sports especially football. After graduation Ivan accepted an appointment to the Naval Academy where he also played running back for the Midshipmen. He was inducted into the Liberty County Athletic Hall of Fame class of 2019. 

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Peace Memorial Christian Church, 511 Cumberland Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: Wife, Kelly Bullard; Sons, Royce Bullard and Riley Bullard; Father: Howard Bullard; Brother: Markus Schmidt and a host of other relatives and friends.
