Kimberly (Haymans) Richards, 63, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 3rd, 2026 at her home in Hinesville under the care of her loved ones and Your Family Hospice.
Kim was born in Savannah and has lived her entire life in southern Georgia, living mostly in Liberty and Long county. She was a home maker and a loving mother to not only her children and grandchildren, but to anyone who would let her be a momma to them. She worked many years as a nurse, teacher, bartender and even had her own cleaning business. She loved cooking, gardening, thrifting, going to the beach, reading her Bible and most importantly her family. She is preceded in Death by her father Charles (Billy) Haymans, Mother, Joyce Haymans, brother Kenny Haymans and her daughter Kelly Moore.
Survivors are her Husband, Thomas Richards, children Tiffany Moore, Christina Moore, Justin Stafford (Celine), and Perry Moore, brother, Chuck Haymans, sister, Shelly Haymans, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Kim was the sweetest and kindest person you could ever meet. She loved to sit down, have a cup of coffee and talk about anything she could think of for hours to anyone who would listen. Her family could not have asked for a better mother, wife, aunt, and grandmother. She had a hard life but always cared for and put her family and others above her own needs. Kim was a woman of great faith and always believed in doing what’s right and good in the eyes of lord. Everything she did in life was for her family and loved ones and this earth is a little less bright with her now gone, but in exchange, heaven is now a whole lot brighter with her there. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 9th, 2026 at 11:00 am at Fleming Baptist Church with Pastor Joshua Parker officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Kim will be laid to rest with her family at Mt. Olivet Church Cemetery in Fleming following her service.
Pallbearers: Justin Stafford, Brad Stafford, Perry Moore, Wesley Rozier, Cody Rozier, Callen Moore and Mitch Gonźàleź.
