Leon A LaClare

Leon A. LaClare, 68, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his home from long term health issues. 

Leon was born September 25, 1957 in Pontiac, Michigan to Johnathan and Helen LaClare. He was the baby of seven children. At the young age of 17 Leon was taught the trade of drywall which he mastered over the last 50 years. He loved music, old movies, shooting darts with friends and cruising the Pennsylvania mountains on his motorcycle. Leon lived a simple life. He loved traveling between Pennsylvania and Georgia which he considered both places home. Leon especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren - those were the things that made him happiest. He will be greatly missed by many. 

Leon is survived by his 3 daughters, Johnatha Rawlings, Elisa Crosby, and Cindy Mousseau; 10 grandchildren, Jessica, Nathan, Alex, Jordan, Jacob, Tyler, George, Emberly, Holly and Landon; 1 brother, Jim Bettis; 1 sister, Debra Berk; and many extended family and friends. 

Services will be private.
