Linda Mae (Bailey) Crystal

Linda Crystal, 72, of Shellman Bluff, passed away during the night, Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Linda was born May 31, 1949 to the late Herbert and Pauline Bailey of Michigan. She married the love of her life, Wesley Crystal 53 years ago.  Linda loved people, she never met a stranger. Her smile and positive energy would light up a room.  Linda had a special love for her grandkids and she made sure they knew it.  Her love for them was indescribable. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; Herbert and Pauline;  her brothers, Ronnie Bailey and Danny Bailey; her sisters, Judy Bailey, Sonia Lee and Candy Hebb and her brother in law, Garry Prestriedge, all of Michigan. Linda will be dearly missed by her family, and so many others that loved her. She was truly one of a kind.  Linda was of the Christian faith.

Linda is survived by her husband, Wesley Crystal of Townsend; daughter, Karen Burriss (Tracy) of Townsend; son, Wesley Crystal (Chrissy) of Ludowici; brother, Gary Bailey (Jackie); sisters, Joan Newton (Bob) and Pam Prestriedge, all of Michigan; grandsons, Jonathon Gould of Savannah, Evan Crystal of Ludowici and Allen Crystal of Ludowici; granddaughter, Kaleigh Gould of Ludowici and several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions the service for Linda will be private and will be live-streaming on Friday, August 27th, 2021 at 6:00 pm on the funeral home’s Facebook page. The family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring acts of kindness and love, and would love for you to leave messages on the tribute wall.  Thank you
