On Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022, LouAnn (Bowdle) Anatra, loving wife, mother of two children and grandmother of 4 grandchildren passed away at age 68.
LouAnn was born on May 7, 1954 in Palatka, FL to Carl and Hazel Ruth (McQuiniff) Bowdle. She worked in U.S. Postal Service for 26 years, was a volunteer at United Way, and was an active member of Mt.Olivet Church where she loved being apart of The Spa Ladies. On June 10th, 1989, she married Anthony Victor (Tony) Anatra. They loved going to Bike Week in Daytona, FL, riding the harley, and going on buggy rides at Liberty Hunting Club.
LouAnn had a passion for helping others. Yet, her greatest passion was the love she had for her family, dog (Peppy), and many cows that grazed her front yard.
LouAnn was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Ruth, her father, Carl and her sister, Sharon Schumacher.
LouAnn is survived by her husband of 33 years, Tony, her two children, Billy (Lori) Kirk and Jason Cox, her brothers Larry (Pat) Bowdle, Ronald (Karen) Bowdle, Philip (Stacey) Bowdle, her four grandchildren, Emma Grace, Hannah Marie, Jason Jr., and Hazel Mae, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation services will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 11:00 am at Mt. Olivet Church in Fleming with Rev. John Ryan officiating.
