Lynn D. Wall of Midway, GA., passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, August 6, 2022 at her home with her husband of 36 years (upcoming 37th anniversary August 31st), David B. Wall Jr. and a very close friend by her side.
Lynn was escorted into Heaven by Angels watching the sunrise over our lake in her favorite/everyday viewpoint.
Lynn was born in Summerville GA to parents Paul and Vera Elrod, April 28,1941. Lynn was their only child. Soon thereafter, the family moved to Chattanooga, TN where Lynn grew up, graduating from Red Bank High School. Lynn was a cheerleader and very active in school activities.
In early 1985 David met his Soulmate and soon to be wife, Lynn and her five children, Ginger, Laura, Leeanne, Stacie and Matt-all whom David accepted as his own!
David and Lynn met in Atlanta, GA (David’s birthplace), but moved to Savannah, Ga in November 1986 for an employment opportunity with Savannah Tire. They worked together as a team and helped build the store customer base together until her “retirement” in 1995. David and Lynn enjoyed many common interests, including traveling, music, their home on the lake and all the nature and ambiance of the area.
Lynn and David were Teammates, Soulmates, Best Friends, True Loves at everything they did. Work, home, family, travel, Love of God. Their Vow to each other was to be together forever. Be assured, this is an absolute!
Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Vera Elrod-and Grandchildren, Ian Radford, Drea Martin, Gianna Berg, and Nicole Deskin.
