Mitchell “Mitch” Carl Huggins

Mitchell “Mitch” Carl Huggins, age 58, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, after a short illness.

Mitch, as he was called, lived most of his life in Savannah and more recently in Richmond Hill, Georgia. He was an industrial sales representative for Chadwell Supply.  The family would like to thank Chadwell Supply for their constant support during Mitch’s illness. Also, a special thanks to Tiffany Hutcherson for her constant support.

Mitch was preceded in death by his parents, Kenny and Gail Huggins of Savannah. He is survived by his two sons, Mitchell and Kenny of Richmond Hill, daughter, Meagan of Ludowici, two grandchildren, Carter and Luke of Ludowici, three brothers, Mark Huggins (Julie), Matt Huggins (Julie) of Richmond Hill, and Mike Huggins (Linda) of Savannah.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Mitch was a very outgoing and friendly person to all.  He enjoyed sports, telling stories, and spending time with his two sons.  He was the type of person that would go the extra mile to get the job done.  Mitch enjoyed life to the fullest and his legacy provides all of his  friends and family with great memories.

A family gathering will be held at a later date.
