Nicholas “Nick” Aversano, 35, of Hinesville, GA passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. He is remembered for his wonderfully sarcastic sense of humor and the great work ethic he brought into every job he took on. Nick loved his family immensely, and the generous loving spirit he had for his loved ones lives on even after his physical body is gone. Nick was an avid sports fan - no matter the sport, you could be sure Nick was watching. He especially loved basketball and football. He rooted for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His family is comforted by the knowledge that Nick was able to watch “his team” win the Super Bowl. His family knows that Nick has joined his beloved grandmother, “Mom-mom,” in heaven.
Nick leaves behind a mother, Faith, a father, Mike, a sister, Holly, a maternal grandfather, Glenn, a paternal grandfather, Monte, a paternal grandmother, Peggy, an aunt, Lori, an uncle, Steve, an aunt, Holly, and many beloved cousins.
Services will be private.
Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home, Flemington, is handling arrangements.
