Patricia “Pat” Ann Heald Todd, 83, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025 at home, after an extended illness, while under the care of hospice.
Pat was born September 8, 1941 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late, Joseph and Doris Heald. She was a graduate of Paxton High School’s Class of ‘59. Pat was a wonderful woman who had many talents and a heart of gold. She was a great cook, gardener and jewelry maker. Pat loved to decorate the family’s home for any and all special occasions and she always did an amazing job. She was a kindhearted, caring, and loving person. Pat had a gentle spirit that radiated from her at all times. She was preceded in death by her parents. Pat will be greatly missed by her family and those that loved her.
Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 65 years, Lynn Todd; 3 children, Lynn Afflick (Charles), Gerald Todd (Brenda) and Sherry Knopf (Ken); 4 grandchildren, Justin Todd, Rebecca Alexander, Chelsea Todd and Annie Afflick; 4 great-grandchildren, Colton Todd, Tatum Alexander, Maddie Todd and Tucker Alexander; brother and sister, Johnny and Linda and many other extended family members and close friends.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of South Georgia for their unwavering care, friendship and compassion to Pat and the family during their difficult time of need. They would also like to acknowledge the Visiting Angels and Rev. Stanley Todd and the Hardee Road neighbors for their support, friendship and love. Their acts of kindness will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 27, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Justin Todd officiating. Address of cemetery is 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, Florida 32073.
