Patsy “Pat” Ann (Mock) Stokes

Patsy “Pat” Ann Stokes, 61, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 at her home.

Pat was born December 13, 1959 in Sylvania, Georgia to the late William “Billy” and Dorothy (Jenkins) Mock.  She attended Bradwell Institute and was a rural postal carrier for thirty years, where she retired from two years ago.  Pat enjoyed gardening and arts and crafts, especially making wreaths. One of Pat’s favorite things that she really enjoyed doing more than anything was spending time with her grandchildren, whom she loved with all of her heart. Pat was of the Baptist faith. Pat will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Pat is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Adrian Moreira; grandchildren, Carmen Rete-Holton, Corinna and Vetta Moreira; brother, William “Gary” Mock and his wife, Teresa; step-children, Jodanna Stokes and Priscilla Stokes and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Flemington with Rev. Robert Long officiating.
