Obituary

Phillip Sapp, 46, passed away Friday, April 7th, 2023 at Memorial Health UMC in Savannah.

Phillip Sapp was born August 13, 1976 in Savannah, GA. He attended schools in the Savannah area where he also grew up. He enjoyed going to the beach, cooking out, and being around his family and friends. Phillip also enjoyed taking road-trips with his wife, Lisa. He was a very loving man who cared deeply for those he loved. Phillip loved laughter and it made him happy when he helped to put a smile on someone else’s face. He will be deeply missed by many.

Phillip is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Sapp of Midway; his mother, Kathy Owens of Savannah; his four children, Little Phillip, Emily, Melanie and Tiffany; his four stepchildren, Pamela, Perry, Frankie Lee and Kenneth and several grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.

Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home, Flemington, is handling arrangements.
