Rebecca “Becca” Maureen McWilliams, 32, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
A true "military brat" - Rebecca Maureen Mc Williams came into this world slam in the middle of the California desert - Ft. Irwin - January 11, 1993. Then off to Germany, back to Ft. Stewart where she attended first grade at Diamond Elementary, up to Ft. Knox, back to Germany for 41/2 years (Schweinfurt) and back to the states at Ft. Leonard Wood where she "retired" along with her dad - 1st Sgt. Jashon McWilliams - (deceased - 4/10/2022). After high school graduation in Carthage, N Carolina, Becca moved back to Ft. Stewart/Hinesville to live and work with Sheela, her grandmother and boss at the Hinesville Day Spa! Becca received her diploma and massage therapy license from Virginia College, Savannah campus. She quickly developed a following of devoted and loyal clients who would only get their massage from Becca. She is going to be sorely missed!!!
Rebecca is survived by her mother, Christina Mc Williams and her step-mother, Helen McWilliams. By her two brothers, Michael Robert and Jasohn Terry (J. T.) and her grandparents - Kathy and Rand Burchfield, Robert Overton and Sheela Eichhorn.
Becca was a true animal lover - cats being the favored - she would give; and do anything for their comfort. She would love you to give donations and support to any animal shelter and/or sanctuary of your choice. Her other passion was giving blood to the Red Cross - her request is that you all please give blood - it saves lives!!!
