Robert (Bob) LeRoy Bandy Jr. aka "Speaker Man," 69, from Midway, GA passed unexpectedly on November 30, 2020 at 2:50 am after spending three days in the Hospital for an infection in his leg and chest pains.
Bob was a husband, a father, a grandpa, a great grandpa, and a friend to many. He was happiest during family gatherings over a nice dinner. He had a passion for vehicles, and rather he was in one of his exotic sports cars, a speed boat, a motorcycle, or flying a plane he knew one speed, fast. He lived a life that was anything but ordinary, and in his older years loved reminiscing and telling the shocking stories of his younger years.
Bob was survived by his wife, Margaret Swanson Bandy, his Daughters: Patricia Durham, Kristina Swanson, & Kate Benard-Ascencio Son-in-Law Tony Durham Grandkids: Devin, Jake, Alivia, Bailee, Dalton, Carter, Chris, Hannah, Spencer & Alan, and Great Grandkids: Alannah, Kinzley, Liam, Laighton (Denver) & Rowynn.
Bob was adamant on not wanting a funeral and wanting people's last memories of him to be of the good times they had shared together. In honoring his final wishes there will not be a funeral or services. In lieu of flowers, donations to help his wife during this time of her unexpected loss can be made through paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org
