Robin Scott Lewis, Sr.

Robin Scott Lewis, Sr., 60, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah.

Robin was born March 30, 1964 in Savannah, Georgia to the late, Hardy and Sarah Lewis. He grew up in the Chatham County area where he also attended school. Robin worked for many years at Kroger and then at Derst Baking Company. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, camping, archery, and enjoyed living life to its fullest. Robin was preceded in death by his paternal and brother, David Lewis. He will be greatly missed by his family and those that loved him. 

Robin is survived by 2 children, Robin Scott Lewis, II and Amber Lewis; 4 sisters, Vickie Peredo, Patricia Smith (Joe), Terry Haulter and Sonia Bullis (Walt); several nieces, nephews, cousins and many other extended family members.

Visitation services will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11:00 am at Dorchester Cemetery on Islands Highway. Robin’s nephew, Clayton Lee will be eulogizing the service.
