Rose Patricia (Clark) Stern

Rose “Pat” Patricia Stern, 77, went to her Heavenly home on Saturday, September 10, 2022 after a long illness.

Pat was born September 7, 1945 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Martin and Inez (Merchant) Clark. As a child Pat spend her early years in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She was a graduate of Atlantic City High School, class of ‘63. After graduation Pat went to work as a bank teller in New York. She later returned to Atlantic City where she became a Black Jack Dealer at Caesar’s Casino. Pat retired from the casino industry and decided to relocate back to her home state of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Arthur Stern. Pat will be dearly missed by her family.

Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory her son and daughter-in-law,  Floyd “Rick” and Angie Steele of New Jersey; two sisters, Brenda Powell of New York and Valerie Muhammad and her husband, Nuriddin of New Jersey; her grandson, Ramell Steele of New Jersey; nephews and nieces, Eric, Sonya, Valencia, David and Melvin and many other extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington with burial to follow at the Hinesville Cemetery.
