Susan Marie (Vezo) Morey

Susan Marie Morey, 49, passed away Tuesday October 11, 2022 peacefully at her home.

Susan was born on September 7, 1973, to Jane and John “Anthony” Vezo in Danville Pennsylvania. She lived in Liberty/ Long County most of her life. She graduated from Bradwell Institute in 1991. She devoted her life to her family and friends. She helped start and served as office manager of Sandy Pines Trucking since 2005. She worked for Hobby Lobby the last 6 years.
Susan married her Highschool sweetheart, Charles Bryan Morey on July 20, 1991. They had four children Emily Paige, Jacquelynn “Jacki” Marie, Elizabeth “Ellie” Mae and Amanda Kelly. Susan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her loyalty to friends was unparalleled. She was always willing to help with anything she could, even if it was just to make you smile. She loved spending time with her grandson Riley Morey. She enjoyed, reading, baking for friends and family, and being in the pool. She always just wanted to spend time with friends and family. She loved everyone and wanted everyone to be happy.

Susan was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Harold and Eleanor Steffen, Paternal grandfather Marlin Byer and Father-in-law Rickey Morey.

Susan is survived by her husband of 31 years Charles Bryan Morey; daughter Emily Paige Morey; daughter Jacquelynn Marie Morey; daughter Elizabeth Mae Morey; daughter Amanda Kelly Morey; grandson Riley Morey; mother Jane Adams; Father Mike Adams; mother-in-law Peggy Morey; father-in- law Steve Jenkins; brother Steve (Brittany) Vezo, sister-in-law Becky (Chris) Eason; brother-in-law Mike (Nita) Morey; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2022 at The Morey Home in Glennville at 11:00 am.
