Susanne E (Andersson) Lawler

Susanne E. Lawler, 58, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family, while under the care of hospice.

Susanne was born December 22, 1964 in Malmo, Sweden to parents, Bror Andersson and Ulla Persson. She spent most of her younger years growing up in Sweden and West Africa. Susanne met the love of her life, Nathan Lawler in 1983 while Nathan was on a military tour overseas. They married in Jacksonville in 1987 and soon after they returned to Sweden where they resided until moving back to the states ten years ago. The Lawler’s, along with their two sons moved back to Hinesville, Georgia in 2013. Susanne worked as a crossing guard in Liberty County for the Sheriff’s Department. She was a very talented craftsman. Susanne enjoyed making candles and unique jewelry. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Susanne is survived by her husband of 36 years, Nathan Lawler; her two sons, Donathan Lawler (Tracy) and Todd Lawler; her sister, Carina and her twin sister, Giesela; and other extended family members in Georgia and Sweden.
