Wallace W. B. Frye, Sr., 69, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 in his home surrounded by family while under the care of hospice.
Mr. Frye was born on March 17, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio to his late parents, Wallace J. Frye and Marion Mae Helms. He was a Christian by faith and was a minister for many years. Mr. Frye was an electrician by trade for many years and recently retired as a property manager at the Oak Ridge Mobile Home Community. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing or just sitting outside listening to the sounds of nature. Mr. Frye is preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Marion Hope Frye and Charity Gail Piotrowski.
Mr. Frye leaves behind his wife of 29 years, Patricia Frye; son’s; Wallace Frye, Jr. (April) and John B. Frye; grandchildren, Wallace Frye, III, Jonathan Frye (Segan) and Saorise Frye; brother, David M. Frye; several nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
There will not be a funeral service as Mr. Frye’s last wish was cremation. A memorial service will be held on March 17, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the home of Wallace and April Frye.
