Wendy Ann Simpson Campbell, 51, passed away at her home in Flemington, on June 15, 2022 very unexpectedly and quickly with friends and family present.
Wendy was born in Columbia, South Carolina. She was a graduate of Junction City High school, Junction City, KS where she excelled in ladies basketball and the debate team.
Wendy was a Former lab receptionist at Carolina’s Dermatology, Columbia, South Carolina.
Wendy was married to Charles William Campbell III since July, 2000. Together, they raised her 4 children, Christopher Kyle McKinney, Shawn Boyd McKinney Jr., Brandan Dean McKinney, Ashton Tyler McKinney and adopted son Owen John Michael Campbell.
Wendy was preceded by her father and mother Wayne and Ann Simpson.
Wendy is survived by children: Christopher Kyle McKinney, Stephanie Donahue Kelly, Shawn Boyd McKinney Jr., Sheena Seguin, Ashleigh McKinney, Brandan Dean McKinney, Savannah Medlin, Ashton Tyler McKinney & Owen John Michael Campbell. Grandchildren: Ireland Grace McKinney, Dean Charles Boyd McKinney, Sullivan Quinn Franklin McKinney, Evelyn Rose McKinney. Sister: Christine Simsons, Brother Andy Simsons, Nephew: Tyler Edwards, Niece’s Toriand Kaileigh Edwards, Great niece Charlotte Rose Smiley.
The family held a private service for Wendy at her home in Flemington.
