William Keith Butler

William “Bill” Keith Butler, 71, of Long County, formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

Mr. Butler was born August 31st, 1953 in Muncie, Indiana to the late William E. Butler and Glenna Butler. Mr. Bill worked in construction for most of his life before retiring in 2015 from Balfour Beatty. Mr. Butler enjoyed playing golf and was a gifted guitarist. He was preceded in death by his loving wife and best friend, Ilona Butler; his loving dog, Sadie; son, Troy Olson; and his brothers, John Butler and Mike Butler.

Survivors include son, Eric (Dacia) Olson of Ludowici; daughter, Rachel Butler of Ft. Lauderdale; Pop Pop to six grandchildren that he adored and loved, Daniel, Haley, Madison, Eric, Colby, and Faith; and several other close friends and extended family members.

Visitation: Friday, November 15, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.

Celebration of Life: Friday, November 15, 2024 beginning at 6:30 at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Flemington.
